Record 2020 Performance & Growth!

This year restaurant sales for July 2020 in New England overall are down 41%.

The Farmer’s Cow Calfe & Creamery, however, surpassed last year’s July 2019 sales in July 2020. The Calfe’s sales for July 2020 was actually the highest July monthly sales figure ever achieved at The Farmers Cow Calfe & Creamery, since its inception, in 2012.

August numbers month to date put us on target to not only have the highest August, since inception, but have the best month ever at the Calfe, since inception, in 2012!

We are achieving these numbers, despite the fact that this is the worst period in restaurant history. During COVID we partnered with several companies to have the opportunity to donate ice cream to our local hospital health care workers for 6 weeks.

New Initiatives & Innovations!

We recently launched our own in-house made pastrami, bacon, &  barbeque pulled-pork, utilizing our own smoke recipes & have received fantastic feedback on these.

We also have many other plans for other in­ house products to vastly increase the quality of our food while decreasing our costs. We have been sourcing a number of vegetables from a few local farms that utilize organic practices to grow their food.

We launched a new loyalty program 5 months ago. We have monthly food specials and promotions for both our loyalty members and regular customers, through online ordering as well as at the store. We have continued to offer new products fine-tuning our menu.

We launched a grocery delivery service and have continued to add locally sourced products, partnering with our local community. We launched a full breakfast menu and partnered with Bolt Coffee that roasts coffee locally to increase the quality of our coffee.

This document is a key piece to your franchising puzzle as it provides you with important information regarding our company, costs, financial performance history, our Franchise Agreement, and our Real Estate Site criteria.

Step 4: Contracts, Construction, and Training

Time to meet the team. We love this part of the process because we get to show off the incredible team of people that work hard to make The Farmer’s Cow Calfe franchise system such a success. We assist you with the design and construction of your site as well as training for management and your team.

Step 5: Grand Opening!

This will be the day a new chapter of your life begins! Prior to opening you will have worked with our franchise marketing team to coordinate your grand opening. Our franchise support team will continue to support your endeavor to ensure that you have resounding success!
